As creative lead, I oversee creative across brand, e-commerce, and digital marketing, spanning photography, stop-motion, web design, email, and campaign assets. I lead content production and post-production to maintain a high standard of visual quality across digital and social channels, incorporating AI-assisted tools to enhance speed, iteration, and output without compromising craft. In parallel, I build and refine the creative systems behind the work: structuring content pipelines, defining workflows, and aligning creative output with performance goals to scale efficiently and consistently, including the integration of AI into concepting, prototyping, and production processes. I lead concept development and translate ideas into clear, actionable creative direction through decks and presentations, aligning stakeholders and guiding execution across campaigns and initiatives. I lead development of creative for both organic and paid channels, including stop-motion, GIF-style video, and email, while contributing to website improvements through layout refinement, conversion-focused updates, Figma mockups, and collaboration with developers. Across all workstreams, I partner closely with the client team to deliver creative that drives both brand strength and measurable performance.
