As Creative Director at Taktical Digital, I led a dynamic team in crafting innovative advertising concepts and hundreds of monthly designs tailored for both paid media and organic initiatives, all at fast-paced deadlines. I drove the development of ad campaigns that yielded measurable results, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity merged with strategic insight. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, I fostered an environment where creativity flourished, ensuring efforts resonated with audiences and left a lasting impression in the digital sphere. Oversaw creative copywriting and project management via Asana to meet deadlines efficiently. Directed production of 4,000+ designs and performance-driven campaigns across TikTok, Meta, Amazon, Google, Twitter/X, Pinterest, OTT/CTV, and display, ensuring quality at scale. I managed the creative department P&L and built the department from the ground up, scaling from one designer to a team of 5–8 people.
